Our toners and inks are sourced from top suppliers the world over and are each uniquely formulated for the many different cartridges available. Our extensive range of testing equipment is further assurance of our commitment to quality control and customer satisfaction. Worn parts are replaced if necessary so that our cartridges produce sharp black text, vibrant colors, with clear graphics. If you are dissatisfied with the results of any of our refilled cartridges, please return the cartridge within 90 days of purchase together with receipt of purchase to the Cartridge World store where purchased. The Cartridge World store will either repair the faulty cartridge or credit the full amount against a new cartridge, in exchange for the faulty cartridge. In the unlikely event of a claim that a cartridge refilled by Cartridge World may have caused damage to the printing mechanism of your equipment, please contact your Cartridge World store with proof of purchase and it will provide advice or a qualified service technician to address any issues - at no cost to you. This warranty is in addition and does not affect your statutory rights under local legislation.

  • Is there a risk to using a refilled cartridge?

  • Will using refilled cartridges void the printer manufacturer's warranty?

    No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act prohibits the manufacturer of the printer you are using from voiding the warranty because you use a refilled or remanufactured cartridge. Printer manufacturers will almost always advise you against refilling. The simple reason for this is that manufacturers would like you to buy their expensive replacement cartridges and accessories. Even with the protection of this law, you should also feel confident that cartridges sold, refilled or remanufactured by Cartridge World will meet or exceed your expectations. Our own warranty also extends to your printer on any valid claim!

  • How much time does it take to refill my cartridge?

    In many cases you won’t have to wait at all! Our stores carry an assortment of the more common cartridges already refilled or remanufactured, ready-to-go. Just trade in your empty and you’re on your way! No empty, no problem you can still purchase refilled & remanufactured cartridges from us. Cartridge World stores also often carry a broad assortment of OEM (original equipment manufactured) and new compatible cartridges.

  • How many times can a cartridge be filled?

    This all depends on the type of cartridge and how well you take care of your cartridges. We test your cartridges after they have been refilled/re-manufactured, hence our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Inkjet cartridges can be refilled up to 4 or 5 times and laser cartridges many more, depending on the original condition. Your Cartridge World specialist will be able to tell you.

Cartridge World stores keep many types of top quality inks on hand to ensure we can refill or remanufacture most any brand of cartridge. All of our refilled and remanufactured cartridges are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our printer cartridges undergo a highly rigorous process:

  • Inkjet Cartridges:

  • The cartridge will be cleaned with special solutions that allow the print heads to open again if previously clogged

  • The cartridge will then be filled with the appropriate type and amount of ink that is specific to your cartridge requirements

  • After refilling, your cartridge will be put into a printer and tested 3-7 times to assure the highest quality standards

  • After successful testing, your cartridge will be packaged and ready for you to take home.

  • Laser Toner Cartridges:

  • Cartridges will be completely disassembled

  • Every part of the cartridge will be cleaned and inspected for damage

  • After replacing the parts that are damaged or worn, the cartridge will be reassembled

  • The cartridge will then be filled to its capacity with toner specific to your cartridge requirements

  • Your laser toner cartridge will then be tested in a printer for ten to twenty pages to assure the highest quality standards

  • After successful testing, your cartridge will be packaged and ready for you to take home.
